My power went out on my router and modem. After the power was restored to the router and modem it took me another 45 minutes to get the Spectrum modem to work properly.
Turned on the modem first and waited for several minutes for both blue lights to come on.
Then turned on my Netgear Router and waited several minutes.
Had to restart both of my computers.
If you can find another internet service provider I would recommend that you try another one. My neighbor and I constantly have problems with Spectrum internet here in our area of Middle TN.
