Eleven Labs Customer Service

I sent them an email regarding the problem I was having with the voice not changing to the voice that I wanted.  They responded back that it would be one to two days as they were experiencing a high volume of service calls.

I can see why as they wanted me to send them a screen recording.  Why do I need to install special screen recording software to show them that I cannot get the it to change?  What will that show?
